Underwear is not eligible for return. If you feel you have a defective product, return the item to the manufacturer by following the steps on their respective websites.
Socks are eligible for returns within 30 days with original tags attached, in unworn condition, in original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
